Cadillac Tax – Delayed

Late Friday, President Obama signed a spending bill that included a two year delay in the implementation of the Cadillac Tax.  The new effective date for this tax will now be the 2020 calendar year.  At a minimum, this will allow for more time for the IRS to develop regulations and for employers to prepare.
